Dr. Gallant has been involved in education for over thirty years. He has been a teacher, a school counselor, an administrator and a superintendent. In addition to his work with children in schools, he has directed and supervised installations of computer networks, managed technology environments, prepared and managed budgets, and worked collaboratively to create successful outcomes. Dr. Gallant received his B.A. and M.S. degrees from Texas A&M University and his Ph.D. from the University of Idaho. He is a trained economist and educational leader. He currently teaches economics, finance, statistics, and leadership at universities in the Boise area.
