Basin School District had suffered from years of inept leadership and dissension prior to Dr. Gallant’s arrival. He was able to unify the staff, promote professional growth, and change the focus to student learning. As the special education director, I always felt his support as I developed a vibrant program for our children. I accomplished more professionally under Dr. Gallant’s mentoring than I had in my previous sixteen years of teaching.
