Frank Gallant has done data analysis of the Extended Reading Program which is part of the Idaho Reading Initiative, for several years. Frank has done an excellent job of analyzing raw data that has been presented to him in a variety of formats over the years. He has managed to interpret data and present the Department of Education with a polished document that depicts the success of the reading intervention programs, which has become part of the mandated report to the Idaho legislature each year.
